Our Staff
All of our staff are qualified and hold current Disclosure and Barring certificates (DBS), we carry out regular training and stay up to date with legislation, curriculum and safeguarding.
Susan Harwood
Co-Owner and Co-Manager​, Sue has 24 years experience working in childcare and is Level 4 qualified. Sue's experience includes working in nurseries and preschools as well as previously owning her own Preschool for 8 years.

Jane Taylor
Co-Owner and Co-manager, Jane has worked in childcare for over 22 years and holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years Childhood Development. Jane's experience includes preschool, nursery and working for London Borough of Bromley Preschool Specialist and Disabilities Services for 6 years and as part of the Kent Early Help team.

Stephanie is Sparkles Deputy Manager, with 13 years experience working in a nursery and a level 3 qualification.
